Ali Mirsky designed, fabricated and installed this mosaic mural for Chuck Levin’s music store to serve as both a public art piece for the community and as a community initiative through a public art grant from the Maryland State Arts Council to connect local business with local artists within the Wheaton’s Arts and Entertainment District.
