Spring 2025
Hi, I'm Hailey! I am a student at Stevenson University with a major in Graphic Design, and a minor in Marketing. At Stevenson I am active in the SGA, Student Activities, and our AIGA chapter. My experience at Stevenson has helped to fuel my crave for knowledge and learning more about life and how it can impact art and the world around me.
Outside of school I love to read, sew, and go to concerts (when time permits). I try to dabble in just about any hobby I can get my hands on because I love the challenge of learning something new.
I am passionate about making a difference in my community and having a purpose in what I am doing, and Empact Art has helped to show me how I can do that.

Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
Hi, my name is Allie! I’m currently a double major student at Towson University studying psychology and fine arts with a minor in anthropology. My favorite era of art is the baroque period. I love dark, mysterious art, as well as realism.
I want to graduate from Towson and pursue a higher degree in art therapy, so I can mesh my passions for mental health and art together into my future career. Under Empact Art, I’m learning new techniques and skills that can be applied to my future in therapeutic practice!

Fall 2024 -Spring 2025
Hi!
My name is Yoonjung, feel free to call me Vicky.
I graduated from MICA on May 2024, and currently striving to experience new/real art world .
As I majored in Illustration during undergraduate years, my drawing practice revolves around creating whimsical things out of daily life. I loved getting inspired from pop cultures, so my drawings usually derived from what I see, I hear, and I do.
My other passion comes with engaging in community especially children as I did MAT in my graduate years. Maybe that is the reason why I encountered Empact Art Studio, where a hunch of warm and inspiring people who love art gathers.

Summer 2024
Hi there!
My name is Chelsea and I am an animation major senior at Maryland Institute College of Arts. I originally started animating traditionally but now I lean more to 2D animation. My main interests in that field is storyboarding, rough animation and, sound design.
My inspirations when it comes to anything I create is fantasy storytelling whether it is from shows I watched or an idea that came to me. I honestly hope to one day create one of those ideas into a comic one day or a short film.
Other than that, I enjoy rollerskating, baking sweets, going to Ren Faire and concerts

Hey there, I'm Shubo from China, currently rocking my senior year at Maryland InstituteCollege of Art, majoring in illustration. While I love drawing digitally, I've also found a passion for mosaics and clay lately. And right now in my personal time I'm knee-deep in my final thesis, a children's book story drawn in ink and pen!
I believe that good art can tell a wonderful story. And likewise community art is all about telling our own stories. I love and want to see people connect with themselves andothers as they engage in community art.

I’m Amaya, a political science major, Resident Assistant, and someone who’s always on the move. Whether I’m planning events, keeping up with classes, or making sure my residents feel at home, I put my all into everything I do. I love a good debate, a well-organized to-do list, and creating spaces where people can connect and have fun. Most importantly, I’m dedicated to serving my community—whether that’s through leadership, advocacy, or just being a supportive presence for those around me. No matter what I’m doing, I always bring positive energy and a little bit of humor along the way.
